How to Perform System restore in Windows 10

For Windows 10, you need to first of all enable safe mode becauuse it comes disabled by default.

First Open System Restore by typing 'system restore' in the search box > select 'Create a restore point'

The system Properties dialog box appears > Click the system Protection tab > Click the 'configure'

If you ever need to create a restore Point manually , you can  return to this dialog box and click the Create… button (it will not be grayed out after system restore has been enabled), otherwise Windows 10 will create a restore point automatically.

I the system Protection window, Click  Turn on system protection and then use the Max Usage slider to determine how much of your hard drive to use to store Restore Points — 5% to 10% is usually sufficient — and click OK.

After the restore point has been created, you can launch system restore again. This time around it will be enabled.
